KEEPING ACTIVE

KEEPING ACTIVE OVER 50'S

As we age and grow older our life can change, old routines that kept us active and mobile can often be forgotten, and we can find ourselves spending more time at home.

It becomes important that we continue to keep our brains and our body active.

It doesn't have to mean spending our time in the Gym or at fitness classes although these do help, it is more about us finding new routines to fill our days, either building on, or starting new hobbies and pastimes.

Some decide to explore the countryside and walk for miles, or go swimming, but for others there maybe reasons that a more gentle approach is necessary, and finding different things to do can sometimes be difficult.

This section is about finding new things to explore, whether as a form of new employment , a way to make some extra money, a way to relieve stress, something to help us with our mental state by giving us a new purpose, or just used as hobby for our pleasure.
